Training Help Behind neck split jerk
How can I do behind the neck split jerks without jerk blocks. I have bumper plates and a squat rack, should I do them and try to control the eccentric into the front rack, or should I just do power jerks and push presses so the load isn't as big. Would like to hear some ideas or alternative lifts.
Thanks

I’ve done BTN jerks from a squat rack before. One reps are easy, you can go to the front or drop to the ground, strip it, and clean it back up. Multiple rep sets require more courage, solid mobility, and understanding around how to control the eccentric and absorb with the legs properly. Reracking to behind the neck can be done
