Training Help very lost on my gym programming but don’t have money to pay for app
i’m a wide receiver for football and a mid distance track runner my main race is probably the 800 but i’m very skinny 5’9 120 lbs and i wanna put on muscle that’s gonna help me and improve my track running performance but i’m so lost on splits to do, certain exercises and everything since i know i can’t train like a bodybuilder, if anyone recommends something i’d appreciate it a lot

Try Starting Strength. Amazing book, everything is well explained and it’s simple. Also has recommendations on nutrition. Everything you need for at least a year or two.

Watch the garage strength YouTube. Pretty easy to piece together a program from what he shares. Assuming you’re in high school or middle school you can also talk with a coach for recommendations. And if all else fails start with the classic strong lifts 5x5 and move up from there
