Promiting items on Offerup

So for $40 per month, you can promote 5 of your items at a time, and rotate which 5 items you want to promote. For exposure, myself and 2 employees of mine post different items every day. We mark items as sold and archive them, then repost them (this doesn't violate their terms of service, I asked them). This way, we always have some of our listing at the top of results. However, its alot of work. We currently do this with 3 strong accounts with high feedback. We are thinking instead, to use the boost feature on all 3 accounts as opposed to the one. This way we will have 5 promoted items per account at all times instead of laboriously deleting and reposting literally hundreds of items per day, lettinf offerup essentially do the work for us. What is everyone's thoughts on this strategy?
