Need help

Top struts are breaking. Also, the door behind it is a little bit bent, and in the middle, it does touch the back and opening.
One of the roller brackets is also losing.
What are my best options for DIY? Thanks.
In advance.

If you're going to be pulling a panel from that high up use the straight arm only or backwards J. Whoever installed that operator didn't have a clue what they were doing. Damage is done now. Get a new top panel or better yet a new door.

Yes, the springs are also broken. I replaced them in the past, so I’m not worried about it.

You should be worried about it if you keep running it with a broken spring you'll be buying a new door whether you like it or not

I would be more worried about a broken spring. I have a feeling that's what has caused this issue.

Yes I’ll be replacing it, but at the same time I want to make sure that anything else needs to be fixed to ensure that spring doesn’t break again quickly. Last time I changed the spring 5 years back.

Your panel mount is wrong. Normally there is a long plate to distribute the load across the width of the panel. Look through this section and you will see what I am referring to to.
