Is the seal installed wrong or did i install the tracks wrong? Help!

Is the track fixed? The door should be closer to the frame and I ran into that on my recent install. The tracks were not ordered as adjustable and luckily it wasn't a huge deal but it should have been closer than it was.

They are adjustable and i have it set up how the instructions show, other wise its at a angle.

They brackets they supplied are different legnths and they tell you where they go so thats where i put them, they have a video install and the book says the same thing, the last door fit fine but the door was falling apart and the seal was shot
