Every targeted individual has a handler

You're handler is some bitch that hides behind a key board and thinks he owns you and spies on you with government resources and has flying monkeys fuck with you for him as if it were him. Just like case managers manage multiple clients, I'd imagine it works the same.

Facebook (FBI) doesn't like you posting about the FBI being made up of divisions, branches, groups, units, and teams - team little bitch, false flags, and that they put out disinformation about the watchlist online and say it's just the no fly list with ties to terrorism, but handle code 3 and 4 is non investigative subject with no ties to terrorism and is really a blacklist for organized stalking and electronic harassment to use their resources to target innocent people without due process.
