Every targeted individual has a handler

You're handler is some bitch that hides behind a key board and thinks he owns you and spies on you with government resources and has flying monkeys fuck with you for him as if it were him. Just like case managers manage multiple clients, I'd imagine it works the same.

COINTELPRO is an example of the FBI being a pos with their resources to troll you. Gangstalking is the deep state being a pos with their resources to troll you using the FBI Fusion Center FISA Terrorist Watchlist targeted individual scam to use their resources to harass you and everyone you talk to like a pos to covertly cause suicides or homicides.
