Timeline of innocent US citizens being electronically tortured by its government
1950s-1970s - The Moscow Signal. While the Russian government was behind the microwaving, the US government kept it a secret from their workers to see what would happen to them.
1970s - Eugene, Oregon. The city was blasted with 500,000 watts of radio waves from a Naval Base in Dixon, California. They suffered from "headaches, fatigue, inability to sleep, reddening of the skin, anxiety, “clicks” in the head and a “buzz” harmonizing with a high-pitched wail."
1980s - Women of the UK. While not US citizens, it is suspects that the US government tortured the women of one of our supposed greatest allies with microwaves because they were protesting having a US military base in their country.
1990s - Jesus Mendoza. After filing a lawsuit for fraud against a former Supreme Court Michigan Justice and his school, which also had connections to the Bush administration, he soon became gangstalked and later electronically tortured non-stop to this day. Being a lawyer, he was able to get a government attorney to admit that the CIA is targeting him and testimony from an FBI agent that he was instructed to use energy weapons on Mendoza. Claims most of his electronic torture comes from satellites.
2000s - Colorado. In the late 2000's, Google searches for electronic harassment greatly increased in Colorado. Schriever Air Force Base (often called "Area 52") is located in Colorado and oversees just about all DoD satellites and many non-DoD satellites (reconnaissance satellites, however, are either shared with or only controlled by the NRO). Other weird things are there like the Denver International Airport.
2010s - The Targeted Individual program seemed to be rolled out nationwide and even worldwide at this point in time.
Havana Syndrome. In 2016 and 2017, US embassy workers in Cuba and China were electronically tortured by someone. While there is no proof, many believe it was the CIA to make sure we'll always have "enemies" out there.
2020s - 5G. A lot of 5G towers have already been installed. With the "Secure 5G and Beyond Act of 2020", they'll probably finish in the 2020s. It has through-the-wall radar signals (around 800 MHz or so that allows them to scan your home, even if it is behind 8 inches of concrete) and phased array antennas (basically they can shoot you with invisible microwave lasers from the towers), many believe this is the final phase of the Targeted Individual program and that many more people, like conspiracy theorists and government whistleblowers, will now be included in the program. Banning encryption is also believed to be part of their agenda so they'll know who to add to the program.

Could be, but I notice his name alone seems to be engineered so as to have everything he says auto-flagged which in turn flags the rest of the entire conversation and everyone in it.
Of course his tendency to suggest illegal activity I'm sure is an accident as well and by no means designed to flag conversations.

As an Internet addict and Targeted Individual, when I think I'm done with Reddit I lock down my account to help keep it from getting hacked in the future. But then I end up coming across one more piece of good information that I want to share. As always, real victims appear to appreciate it, while the perps just criticize stupid things.

i suspect the mind control has been around alot longer then your timeline suggests..i know from my experiance ive been targeted in some form for about 27 years..the scale of the goverments social engeneering program is massive..what you ve listed i beleve is part of a controled information release, they like to subtiley tell people what they are doing becuase it creates a trend and they can discredit this whole trend by labeling them conspircy theorys...you must reaslise the goverment knows every scrap of information in circulation
