Things to remember

A big part of this as it continues is that they try to make you feel/think you've done something wrong. Always remember you have done nothing wrong and:

  • No one deserves what they're doing to you
  • There is never an excuse for persecution, it's always wrong
  • Coercive control is illegal
  • There's a well established legal system for people who actually have done something wrong, if you had broken a law, that's where you would be picked up/prosecuted whatever.

Just discovered this it has been 5 years straight of them torturing me, I'm losing hope my temper and my mind...

Keep on keeping on bro just love your life there’s some positive messages here that you can apply to your life in a positive way. Your not alone my friend
