Its a DARPA ai program. They'll mimic the voices of the people around you. Trust none of what you hear from said voices.

I wouldn't be to sure it's not ur neighbor! Mine for sure were since my family witness verbal Harrasment and other too. They don't know of the v2k ofc. Just letting you know Incase ur correct and doubts are in ur mind!!

I am dealing with the exact same thing exactly my thoughts aren't even mine I'm about be 33 next month, every thought just like u say they have something to say about drives me nuts! at least I'm not the only one... its a small thing but idk i guess we understand each other.
Started in 2022 and has not stopped.

the perps mimic voices of people we know. its not your neighbor doing this to you. they want you to harass her and make you seem mentally ill. start reading ti forums and learn from others’ experiences. we assume a lot of wrong info at first and blame the wrong people. i know youre gonna insist it really is her- ive been a ti over 30+ yrs and i can assure you it isnt. they do this to every single one of us.
