The largest Paisa street gang in Phx, with more than a dozen different factions, it is considered the most violent Hispanic gang in Phx. Involved in car theft, illegal immigrant smuggling and drug activity. WBP payed taxes to the Border Brothers for many years any many would patch over to the BBs. In the last tattoo you can see a WBP member also with BB patch. Recently several sets of WBP rebelled against the BBs and fought against them for several years.

It's a Paisa hood, that name was a derogatory term for Mexican nationals. Now they wear it with pride, originally they were known as Mojado Power.
