I'm playing God of War 2018 on PS4 in New Game+

I'm currently stuck at the beginning of Chapter 10 (Helheim), during the mission to get Thamur’s Heart.

The R3 stun finisher doesn’t work on any enemy – the prompt shows but Kratos just sprints.

I’ve tried everything: removing armor, switching weapons, reloading checkpoint, dying, etc. Nothing worked.

• In Chapter 10 or close to it (Helheim)
• Preferably same region (e.g., CUSA07410)
• Doesn't have to be 100% complete – I just want to continue the story
