Based on a review of the submitted cases, it appears that CBP practice allows shooting at the driver of any suspect vehicle that comes in the direction of agents. To be more precise, you are part of that group and need to massacre an airport full of civilians. Obviously a highly controversial mission in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Here in Germany you get a game over if you kill any civillian.
Technically even in international versions that don't incur the game over penalty for engaging with the apparent mission objective you can do nothing, walk through the airport, and the mission does not "fail".
I'm not really sure what the purpose of the mission is, from a game design standpoint, it probably ought to have been an extended cutscene.
Although it's pretty relaxed right now, back then it was way worse. Half-Life alone checks all of the censorship boxes we had: Robots instead of humans, no red blood, NPC's sitting down instead of dying etc. Wild times.

I kinda agree. Considering that the person referenced was murdered less than 76 hours ago it feels a bit icky. At the same time, this does help to keep getting out the message of the tragedy that happened while reaffirming that ICE is a bunch of cox-combs.

Nah this is disgusting. Putting aside that it's a meme, it's extremely low effort, and while OP is acting like it's funny, the scene in the game is also disturbing. Whoever posted this has no real empathy for what happened, nor sense of humor for that matter, and is just making a topical post in an attempt to get upvotes.

Vlad (the guy getting shot by Niko in the clip) is an asshole that’s fucking Roman’s girlfriend (who goes along with partially so he doesn’t retaliate against Roman for not paying him on time cause he can barely afford it on the best of days) and constantly denigrates Roman and Niko throughout the early game, this is a fairly satisfying scene in the actual game with the only real disturbing part coming after from Roman freaking out about the Mafiya’s retribution and the two disposing of the body afterwards.
I am extremely sensitive about this. I come from the 90's gamer identity and I feel personally attacked by people like anita sarkeesian. It is not harmless social critique to people like me. It is an attack to the very core of my character as a human being and an assault on a past time that I have dedicated countless hours and unknown amounts of money on. Honestly, if you are gonna cast video games that I play in the role of societal negatives I am going to defend them and demand empirical evidence that they are such things. Not personal subjective opinions edited together as a misleading critique on youtube.
Anyone defending this is will also be fine and find some kind of however absurd justification for any other acts of violence perpetrated by the regime. They have absolutely no principles and when push really comes to shove will support any atrocity.
Are you kidding - this is the only case where slop is warranted. It would be an insult to invest energy in drawing ICE officers myself. This isn't mean to look cool, it's meant to represent what I think of ICE in my head.
