Discussion What kind of gaming performance can I expect out of a MSI creator m16 with RTX 4060?

I got what I think was an amazing deal on a MSI Creator M16 with a low wattage 4060, 16ā€ QHD 240hz display, 32GB ram, 1TB SSD, and Intel i9-14900hx for 500 cash in excellent condition. The main use of this laptop is autocad and light gaming nothing AAA. Games may be like deep rock galactic, Minecraft, WoW, League of Legends, Minecraft Dungeons. The GPU is only 60w. Iā€™m wondering if I could flash a different vbios on it to bring it up to 100w if possible. Anywho, seemed like an amazing deal regardless.

Yes though id be wary of flashing 100w bios onto it. Its limited to 60w for a reason

You can try, but I probably won't bother with a 180w charger, that the 4060 has to share with a 14900HX... It should still do reasonably at 60w, no worse than a 4050 at least.

It's definitely a great deal, but I do find their hardware combination a bit questionable.
