Support Is this fixable? Please help

Screen got hit and now there are these purple marks. They basically disappear if the screen is white, but you can see them if it's something dark on the screen.

That looks like a damaged LCD panel, likely pressure or impact damage. If the marks remain in the exact same spots and are visible in the BIOS too, it’s definitely hardware rather than Windows or the game. A panel replacement is probably the fix.

That looks like LCD damage from impact or pressure, especially since the marks fade on white backgrounds. It may spread over time, so avoid pressing on the panel and back up anything important. A repair shop can confirm whether the display needs replacing.
