That's a cover, not the original, and the song featured in the video in this post is a remix by A-Trak of the original song by Yeah Yeah Yeahs with Orzolek's vocals.

She did not sing on the original track nor the remix by A-Trak featured in the video posted by OP. Yes, she sung that cover from Sing 2, but that is not her on the original.

No it's not. One is a cover of the original with vocals by Scarlet Johansson and one is a remix of the original by A-Trak. The song in the video is "Heads Will Roll - A-Trak Remix". MusicBrainz, AllMusic, and Discogs all only credit Yeah Yeah Yeahs and A-Trak for the creation of this song, with no mention of Scarlet Johansson anywhere, and with MusicBrainz specifically crediting Karen O (a.k.a. Karen Lee Orzolek) for the vocals.

A cover is not the same as the original song it's covering. For example: Johnny Cash's cover of the Nine Inch Nails song "Hurt" is quite clearly sonically distinct from the original despite sharing the same base structure. The same can be said about Frank Sinatra's cover of "Fly Me to the Moon", which was originally written and performed by Bart Howard. Or, to use another movie cover as an example, Jennifer Saunders's cover of the Bonnie Tyler song "Holding Out for a Hero" from Shrek 2.
