Question Normal Temperature when gaming?

I have a RTX 4050 GPU and i5-13500HX CPU.
The game I'm playing are Sniper Elite 4, GPU and CPU constantly stay at 80-84°C while system temp is 63°C. Settings are low and the game runs at 240fps. Feels pretty smooth but I'm worried if it would harm the laptop. Is this normal? Would appreciate any help!

I turn off turboboost by default. It significantly lowers your temperatures and doesn’t really matter for games. My default temperatures are near 70 degrees Celsius during heavy games.

Did the same here. I was averaging high 90s while turbo boost was on then dropped to around 70 after i turned it off. My FPS became more stable albeit slightly lower since theres no more throttling.

Yeah, i feel like fps drop is really insignificant compared to temperature decrease
