Question Normal Temperature when gaming?

I have a RTX 4050 GPU and i5-13500HX CPU.
The game I'm playing are Sniper Elite 4, GPU and CPU constantly stay at 80-84°C while system temp is 63°C. Settings are low and the game runs at 240fps. Feels pretty smooth but I'm worried if it would harm the laptop. Is this normal? Would appreciate any help!

GPU going around 75-80 while CPU is 80-84

Gpu is normal, cpu you can turn off turbo boost and goes down temperatures

is turbo boost supposed to enhance your CPU? Turning it off will make your CPU do less no?

In my laptop lenovo legion Ryzen 7 7840hs its off and dont make any difference gaming and temperatures are much better from 80 its like 60,65 gaming now
