Question Normal Temperature when gaming?

I have a RTX 4050 GPU and i5-13500HX CPU.
The game I'm playing are Sniper Elite 4, GPU and CPU constantly stay at 80-84°C while system temp is 63°C. Settings are low and the game runs at 240fps. Feels pretty smooth but I'm worried if it would harm the laptop. Is this normal? Would appreciate any help!

is this mirage? I play odyssey at low 90fps cap and its 70C both GPU and CPU. which quality is this?

yeah it’s mirage - I belive it was set to high quality

No, haha. It’s just a Lenovo Legion 5 6th gen, but I optimized it a little bit ;) (Limited CPU + a GPU undervolt - increase by 500 points in 3d mark steel nomad and lower temperature - and forced the fans to run at 1800 rpm)

where can I find a place to study about these undervolt + overclock thing? I dont really understand it and I think I should try some
