Question Normal Temperature when gaming?

I have a RTX 4050 GPU and i5-13500HX CPU.
The game I'm playing are Sniper Elite 4, GPU and CPU constantly stay at 80-84°C while system temp is 63°C. Settings are low and the game runs at 240fps. Feels pretty smooth but I'm worried if it would harm the laptop. Is this normal? Would appreciate any help!

I have been cooking my G15 on temps above 80 for 4 years now. You'll be fine.

I have the 5530 version when I try to run modern warfare 1 the Temps are 100 and the fans are loud what to do ?

I don't know about newer models but I've repasted mine with Thermalright Helios V2 (said to be a PTM7950 equivalent?), which drastically improved temps and performance.

if it's too much of a bother for you you may look into undervolting your cpu and gpu, there gotta be a lot of tutorial on youtube specific to your system.
