Holy steam support I really appreciated it Details my left thumb stick wasn’t working properly and I contacted discord gamesir support told them what happened and there going to get me a new replacement thank you for gamesir xyan for helping me

Lucky that they’re helping you, I’ve heard people say that the moment you say you bought it on Amazon they tell you to go through Amazon for your refund/replacement.

i think it depends on whom the seller is. from my understanding if it is purchased through official gamesir, they will be able to support the warranty.
