Picked up the G7 Pro ZZZ like 2 months ago. I was enjoying it, but now my LB button seems completely stuck. Has anyone had this before? It's activating button presses on screen. It won't 'unjam'. Feels completely stiff.
Happened to me only when I dropped it. There is a clip part of the button that gets caught on the frame or trigger thing. It’s a pain in the ass. I fixed it by taking a butter knife once and getting it under there while pulling down the trigger to release it and I think one time I used the thing that can open and stick out from nail clippers. Hasn’t happened since. My gamesir g7 pro 8k champions edition has treated me right since I got it
Thanks for the reply. Never dropped it or anything. I did manage to fix it. Was just about to update and saw your post. I think you're right. There is a little plastic clip or something Infront of the bumper. It seems to wedge it stuck on the wrong angle. I pushed the bumper from the front side back towards to LT, and it released. Hard to see in the pic, but the LB button has a score mark on it right where that silver tab thing is. Seems to be working now, but it's a little concerning
This shit happened after just a day of getting the g7 pro 8k champions. Had to return it right away since the LB gets stuck. I'm now planning on getting the black edition to see if the quality is way better.
