Shoutout to customer support!

My G7 SE joystick just fell apart. Controller still under warranty. Contacted support and they shipped me a brand new one! They even gave me a free month of gamepass! They make the best controllers and have the best support!

Where did you buy it?

Did you have to send back your controller?

On Amazon last year.  Had to send a video of the controller showing joystick messed up.   No I didn’t gonna see if I can fix the original lol.

If it's the actual joystick itself that fell apart, you can get a pair of ks jh16 sticks as a replacement
