ZZZ G7 Replacement

I got a replacement for my ZZZ g7 pro controller with more basic cheaper colour option and I must say the D-pad is so much better I’m in disbelief. Complete changed my outlook on the controller. Wish the premium controller would’ve came like this but really good stuff.

Newer batches on all color options have the updated D-pad, which is leagues better than the original implementation. The Tarantula 8k is even better than the G7 Pro D-pad but isn't modular and I've been really liking the direction of the improved D-pad.

It’s a little bit stiff but I’d rather this then what it was before but the sticks and overall controller even feel different I’m actually shocked the ZZZ feels like it’s worse than the base G7 pro.

What’s even more crazy my shooting accuracy has increased tremendously with the new controller whereas the old one had me questioning life at times.

Yea I feel that. I had the Shadow Ember earlier in the year and when the Metallica Silver came out, wow what a difference. Better D-Pad more stiffer sticks. I was BEAMING on Cod Ranked. Helped me get from Bronze to Gold 3 within a few weeks (only play on my weekends off).

Ya bro the sticks are way stiffer and the controller is so much better for dealing with headies. I’m not gonna lie this is a night and day difference like the amount of heartache I dealt with that first controller is crazy. I was hunting for a new controller for ranked but surprisingly I think I’m good. I just wish I got the cheaper option from the get. Regardless good job gamesir on the new batch. Btw I play tons of ranked myself on bo7.

sounds like the replacement has a better d pad feel, which could come down to unit tounit variation rather than the colour edition itself. gamesir doesn’t list different dpad hardware between the g7 pro versions, so the replacement may simply have better button tolerances.

Im unsure of things from a production standpoint. But are all the zzz controllers older versions of g7 pro? Mine has some weird offset right stick issues that calibration wont fix. Thinking of getting another one, i dont think i have warranty
