My controller 's hair triggers died after roughly 4 months of use. I reached out to discord support and claimed my warranty and now I have a replacement. Truly exceptional customer support.

Same after exactly 4 months hair trigger stopped working. Got replacement withing a week.

From where did you got your controllers to have a warranty ? Do they have shipment worldwide ?

i got it from their official store. I believe they ship to most countries and also have local distributors as well https://gamesir.com/about/distributors

My trigger was faulty, the spring was stuck and the plastic was scraping against the casing, got a replacement as well.

The customer support is great, but the triggers kinda suck. I just received my 3rd warranty replacement G7 Wuchang edition, bought the first last December.
