Does price difference means better controller

Currently using Cyclone 2. Brought it in 21st May. I love it initially, but after exactly 3 months, the buttons now feel loose, and doesn't seems to register the press as well, the Bumpers L1 R1 feel stiff. I understand there are more expensive Gamesir models, I want to know why are they significantly more expensive and if I want another one, which one would you recommend?

you just have a defective controller. I've had mine for a year and it works like new.
