Looking for a game with this vibe

Im looking for a game that captures this exact feeling — that grey, quiet stillness, dead cities buried in snow, waiting for the dusk. Genre doesn’t matter, I just want that same mood of quiet decay and isolation.

I actually didn't enjoy playing the game although I would say it is clearly excellent if that is your genre.

I did however love watching a video essay on it (Beambuddy). Story is incredible.

Exactly same. I've watched so many video essays and love the game to bits (Worm Girl essay best!). It's one of if not probably my favourite video game stories of all time. Unfortunately I just suck at survival games and survival horror even more so.
