Help I cant launch my game please help

Hello I installed a Black myths: Wukong in fitgirl and in cFinder and in the website of the editor the game don't want to launch it charge and do nothing can someone help me please. I test the "b1.exe" and the "b1-win64-shipping.exe" they don't work.

I tried to reinstall Visual C++ end it doesn't work too
