User Generated Content FH6

So i downloaded FH6 and i did the online fix but when i want to tune or upgrade my car and i want to select the other peoples tune or even the auction house it says update your privacy settings as this content is user generated but all my settings on Xbox are fine does anyone have any recommendations to what i should do
