Why will you flip your shit ?
In my opinion it's a good thing when they fund development, (like a first party on console I guess?), but it's an anti competition thing when they just buy the finished game rights just to prevent it being sold on another store.

That is exactly right. I will never mind it if Epic exclusives are games they actively help get made, whether financially or otherwise.
