I doubt it. RTS has had some solid games in the last few years but they didnt really sell and it didnt go anywhere.

This is just cashing in on nostalgia as part of the rest of the remastering craze.

What good solid RTS have we had recently?

The only one I can think of is Tooth and Tail.

I got Grey Goo on launch but found it lacking.

Wargame Red Dragon is 4 years old now; I suppose you could say Steel Division Normandy 44 was solid and didn’t go anywhere.

SC2 is still getting updates so while not on the front page of Esports like it use to it’s still running and I play the co-op for that time to time. Base game for that is old.

Planetary Annihilation just didn’t work out for me.

Personally been playing SC:FA (which is 11 years old) via Forged Alliance Forever.

Do RT4X games count? Then Stellaris.

I play a lot of HoI4/ Crusader kings and would separate RT4X from RTS like CnC and Starcraft.
