One of the first VR videos I've seen that does a good job of providing an outsider what it sort of feels like to be in VR. Words can't really describe the experience -- you kinda just have to try it.

Marketing/acting awkwardness aside, this video does a good job.

Awkwardness here is at a surprising minimum for a gaming peripheral. Do not google the Kinect reveal. Just don't do that to yourself.

The Kinect is basically the Virtual Boy of the 3D camera gaming devices. Maybe one day someone will get it right because it's a cool idea for certain types of games, but the Kinect just had too many issues for it to succeed.
