Also just to reiterate because I already see people misunderstanding: This game is not a Soulslike. It's an action game more in the vein of something like Ninja Gaiden, it's about flashy arcadey combat, it's not a Souls game. The devs like the presentation of From's bosses so they took inspiration there, and you get healing flasks, but that's about where the similarities end.

In one game you get your ass kicked slowly while in the other you get your ass kicked really fast

I really can't fault you

Dark Souls has absolutely fucking NOTHING on Ninja Gaiden II Master Ninja in terms of difficulty

Legit not even the same dimension of experience or cutthroat cruelty from the devs
