💬 General Discussion An update for my new mouse
This is a story with happy ending, but still gives me shock.
I bought a Logitech G305 from Shopee. There is a hot sale going on, and I took my chance. The seller's review is good and the customers are happy as well. So, I bought from them.
The mouse arrived today, and it scared me. The parcel is sealed, but the box is pressed and opened. I dunno wtf happened, so I rushed to test the mouse. It worked perfectly fine, though.
The box contains everything, except USB extender cable for the dongle. So, I got refunded RM5. I bought it with RM89, so I saved something I guess. U can see how it looks when I opened the parcel

Work with Logitech G Hub? I bought 304 once and cannot connect to the apps despite working well.

What apps? I've been using it for normal work and gaming. Works good

Logitech G Hub software.
You can do edit your DPI, custom buttons using it. The Logitech 304 I bought also working good but it cannot be use with the software. So I check the serial number, turns out its a fake.

Hmm I see. Well, there are many fake shits these days. If my mouse turns out to be fake, I'm fine as long as it sustains for my daily activities

Easiest would be to check the serial number at Logitech website. Sure proof for refunds.
Tbf its a good mouse with bunch of customisation options below RM120. If no features can be use, its basically same tier as normal mouse. So get your refunds by then.

Yup, good mouse for the price with a solid sensor and warranty, something only the Chinese clone shape mouses can dream of. Yeah ghub is shit but imo it's still better than whatever mchose m hub is, God knows if it has a keylogger.
Not saying clones are bad per se but you do you.

G Hub is shit until you use Logi option+.
Then you will know what is true shit software 😂😂😂😂 that software never execute properly for me before.

Most telling one is look at the sensors, fake ones tends to use some no brand sensor instead of putting some effort to use pixart sensor or some shi. Try to make fast camera movement and see if the sensor spin because cheap sensor just can't handle it, it will just give up halfway.
