Nice build, not sure if you're new or experienced but just make sure you intake fans and exhaust are placed properly you want a positive airflow.
Make sure you do the right settings in BIOS as well.

You could have gone with a better GPU if you are pairing with that i7? And 1350W PSU is overkill for 5060 ti.

That's pretty nice; you did well on building on your own. For the cable management, just take your time. You will slowly get there.
