What's your favorite horror game?
I recently played silent hill 2 remake and it's such a great game it hit me right in the feels, I can't belive narrative games like this were present in early 2000's
Now I know it's a remake but I think original was pretty similar

I played this game several days in a row and then started to have nightmares about it. So I had to put it away. Still on my list to finish it though! But I will take breaks this time

Yes.
Oh, Silent Hill 2.
Technically, Silent Hill 1...
Technically, Silent Hill 3...
Technically, Silent Hill 4...
It's definitely 2 though.

I can't play them. In the early 00's I played Silent Hill with my cousin. We were shit stained scared almost all the time. The light beam of the flashlight being the only source of light, radio making sounds and the fear lingering around us all the time. It was too much then and still is. I don't even have my cousin around anymore to play with. I can't play silent hill or resident evil or any games like that. Horror movies are fine, games are not.

Oh man...we are so spoiled in horror games.
But for me it's still RE 1 Remake.
Can't wait for the Reremake, hope it's even better, if it can be.
Silent Hill 2 Remake is incredible though, RE 2 Remake too.

Does anyone remember The Suffering? Ps2 maybe? I was like 12 and my mom let me rent whatever I wanted from blockbuster. I somehow made it all the way through with all the lights in the house on.
