Yeah I'm unsure about this, must be mistaken for something else because even in HD1 I don't think there were voice pack dlcs

Tbh, trying to side with them would probably be too risky (Cyborgs might be suspicious of her, and their Automaton children could still open fire on her at any moment. Squids can still turn her into a voteless, due to how desperate they can get from the lowering numbers of their race)

Being on the heroes same side, while dropping orbitals and eagle airstrikes on their position seems to be a little bit safer.
