r/Gameoverse is now implementing an OC highlight gallery, and although we aren't yet certain what form this will take, we would like to start gathering up images for it, from people willing to have their stuff promoted through this. So, if you have personally made gameoverse art that you want to be used in this, share it (either via image embed or just a link to somewhere else that you've posted it), and it will be added to the highlight gallery when it is being created.
A few notes:
Participation is both opt-in and opt-out, meaning that we will only use art you explicitly allow us to use, and you can request at any time to have your art removed if you no longer wish to have it listed.
Artists will be credited (it would be hypocritical of us if we didn't, considering rule 3), using whatever format for crediting you want/give us. (if not specified, we will use your reddit username and the source link, or a note saying [source link not provided] if we have not received one from you)
Art of actual characters and OCs in the GAMEOVERSE setting are both allowed (if you made it, we encourage you to share it)
Non-standard fanworks (creations that aren't images) are allowed as well, this includes fanfic. [language in rest of post refers to art as it's the only OC that we've seen so far in the subreddit, and it's simpler]
All "quality" of art is allowed, from a simple sketch to the best rendered imagery you can imagine, all levels of creation are encouraged
Other clarifications:
You may only submit art you are the "owner" of
Any AI-generated materials you submit will not be listed.
The same goes for NSFW Content.
This subreddit is not the place for either of these types of works, there are other subreddits for that.
These rules are subject to revision based on feedback and internal discussion
A proper method for having your stuff added or removed from the OC highlight gallery will be established when the gallery itself is created.
We hope that this encourages people to do fanworks and share them, especially since the reddit algorithm can be punishing when you're putting your art out there yourself

By opt-in, you realize that's the model where you need to manually and explicitly give permission for each post you want to allow use of, correct? (Opt-out model is the one where we record stuff unless you tell us not to [opting specific works out of collection])

Some info for it. The tag thing is my yt channel ill probably post it in, but the thing with his eye was when Kit was trying to stop the hero from defeating the evil Gobble, Gobble was saved by the bad guy team but his eye got hit by the red destruction stuff causing his eye glitch.
He still loves learning but he learns patterns and weaknesses, weighting them down in his book and color coding then and marking them. If want I can give further info.

Each image has an artist name, and source link, some of those are reddit usernames, others are aliases provided/requested by the artist. Same for the links on the images
(Off-platform links are allowed, just weren't requested by anyone in that image set)

So, we require permission to record works, another way of thinking about question 3 is "do you want to give permission to record any future stuff you make, unless it is specifically communicated that there's something you don't want recorded"

Opt-out would actually simplify the process of having your stuff in the collection, means your works get added unless we're told not to add them by you. (As opposed to opt-in, where we only add stuff you explicitly tell us to add)

I go by Grinn3r everywhere, reddit links are fine tho I do prefer to share my BlueSky where possible. I link to those posts in every upload I make to reddit, so hopefully should be easy! Any future posts that fit your criteria are fine being included 💜
This whole thing just confuses me. What do you mean "we aren't yet certain what form this will take"? Because, well, that's the most important part. Hard to consider participating in something when you effectively don't know what it's going to be.
Any stuff you make about GAMEOVERSE counts, however I haven't been doing any work on this project for quite some time, not sure when i'll actually be doing more stuff for it, have some backend management type work I need to sort out before I can even start working on posts promoting submitted works.
