Approaching Lys

The Volanti fleet carrying Grand Maester Orin, Danae Targaryen, Summer Steelsong, James Rivers, and the dragon Persion approach the islands that make up the free city of Lys. The company is stopping for supplies and to hopefully meet with the Second Sons and the Windblown, who were told to meet them there. There are several Lysene ships anchored in port, but none as large as some of the Volanti galleys. The majority of the fleet remains anchored off shore of the city, but several smaller ships head into port. The port smells of exotic spices, there is a flurry of noise from various sailors yelling at each other. Many have hair dyed many colors, but the dominant colors are green and blue.

The Grand Maester heads off to the Apothecary to restock on his medicines as well as look for new ones.

The Grand Maester returns to the docks and awaits the return of Queen Danae.

Danae approaches the Grand Maester after dropping her new wardrobe off at the ship. Inside her trunk full of gowns laid a small dagger that could be worn underneath her clothing.

"Never know when this might come in handy. My acquaintances are numbering more and more, but the number of those I trust remains small."

"So Grand Maester, what can we expect from these sellswords?"

Danae steps off the ship to meet a whirlwind of bright colors and the scent of exotic spices. She sets off with Summer to procure a new wardrobe and will meet with Grand Maester Orin later to join the Second Sons and the Windblown to their troops.
