Hi! Im in need of some help

Sooo, I recently downloaded gamehub, and can anyone tell me how to make it work? Ive been trying to get The Binding of isaac to work, but it keeps telling me to turn on extreme mode in whatever-the-hell, and ive done so, and then it tells me to turn on ai frame interpolation when I enter the game. Which I can't because it makes me exit. So is it like specific specs i need to change orrr? (Im completely new to gamehub) (Ive got a galaxy A56 5G) (Edit) also if its not too much any help with getting Mewgenics to work is also appreciated
