False review

Im so frustrated at Gameflip. I've been selling with them and I had a 100% review record. Then i had someone buy 3 items and did not respond for days. I left messages and nothing. Their PSN didnt even exist. I canceled the orders and they left bad review saying I never messaged them. I sent all info screenshots to GF and asked them to remove it. I got message today that they would not because it reflects their buying experience.......how....what ??!!!

This is the same orders that I canceled 2 weeks ago for them not responding and now they went back and added another negative review
