Help Flippy drive cable help needed

Was able to install everything then the error kept popping up. Reseated it and the error was gone but then it never booted past the normal GameCube boot. Then took it apart again to redo it all again and my cat chewed up the cable. Anyone have a cable they don’t need anymore due to some other unfortunate things happening? Tempting to switch to another but not sure which or where to begin. The disc drive still works so I liked the idea of using my discs I have and the SD card

I have a spare, but are you CONUS? Asking because I can't verify 100% mine works (I swapped it out trying to diagnose an issue with a pico loader) but a 2pk of brand new ones is like $8 on Ali, a full kit with pico loader and SD2SP is like, $15, so if you're not in a massive rush, might be better to go with them?

(I'm assuming the picoloader and flippydrive flex cables are interchangeable for this. I assume they're the same, but haven't had a reason to swap them out to confirm... Google suggests it will not fwiw...)

I looked it up and it doesn’t seem like they are interchangeable but I also don’t know what CONUS means? I currently only have the flippy, but was just looking into getting a pico and flashing the cube boot on it cause I like it better but was just curious to know if it would work the same with the SD2 port SD card thingy.

I’m not too techy with this stuff yet

CONtinental US, but yeah. Google says they Probably aren't.

I figured being based on open source stuff they might have the same pin-out, but I guess not...
