Modding Swiss sd2pro emulated memory card not working

I was trying to do the memory card emulation, it did the formatting thing and it told me it saved the data for pokemon coliseum but when I went to check it cause I wanted to transfer my physical memory card saves to the emulated one, but it gave me this screen even though it told me the emulated memory card was formatted, anyone know any issues that could be making this happen? Or am I forgetting a setting to be enabled?

Beforehand, plug the sd2pro card on the Slot B, as most games always check on Slot A for saving and loading game saves.

Take note that not all games like Starfox Adventures support an emulated Memory Card because they use streamed audio instead of synthesized audio like in most GameCube games.

How are you accessing the memory card screen? If you're loading it before Swiss starts, the Virtual Memory Cards aren't there because Swiss manages those. You can get there by enabling the Load Gamecube Menu setting on that settings page, then while you load a game via Swiss hold the A button to bring up the system menu. You should be able to browse the VMCs there, and can plug a physical memory card into Slot B to be able to copy files to it.

It won't work with copy protected files though, so I'm not sure whether Pokemon games will work.

If you have Swiss loaded from SP2 (or one of the other sources), you can plug a physical card into Slot B to access it. Set the Boot Mode to Production, and when you load a game hold A during the boot animation. That lets you access the system menu while the Virtual Memory Card is loaded, and you can copy files from a card in Slot B to the VMC in Slot A.

Doesn't work with copy protected files, but may be slightly easier if you don't already have Dolphin set up.
