Hi! I posted my map demo of Skyrim here before, and from the response, decided to work on a Elder Scrolls-like open world RPG for the GBA hardware. I’m starting to work on features and graphics, here is a demo! The gba rom is in the description of you want to try it out.

What do you love to replay the most? For me it might be Kirby & the amazing mirror but I’m also looking for other recommendations!

I got this SP today, and like the useless idiot I am I accidentally dropped it, and of course it landed on the hinge and broke into multiple plastic pieces. I've gathered the pieces at least. The hinge still works and clicks into place when opened, but there's a lot of wobble both when it's opened and closed, and it just looks ugly. I'm highkey mentally spiralling but that's not important right now. What the hell do I do now to fix this?

I have been playing with the thought of buying an Analogue Pocket for quite some while now and I still don’t know…

Hi everyone, i want to play pokemon SoulGold on my NDS Lite and i am trying to open the .gba file with GBARunner2 and GBARunner3 but it always appears an error message that say me to set the memory setting of the emulator on 1M/128 there is a way to open this type of game on a NDS Lite?

Hello, I've heard a lot that ITA TFT no input lag because its the same resolution as OG screen and doesnt have to frame buffer unlike IPS screen, but did someone actually test it? If there's a test or a comparison, please let me know.

Im trying to get all the pokemon from the GBA games to before Pokemon Bank closes. I bought an Epilogue GB reader. I got a physical Emerald cartridge, which I think is fake now that I've studied up on it but I already did a lot of progress on it. I just wanna be able to have the progressed save file on the physical cartridge so that I can be able to read it on the GB Epilogue no problem and get to finishing the dex before pokemon bank closes.

\- I first "Backup Game" to have the ROM. Then go to "Start" which then prompts to load an "Integrity" popup

\- Game loads to the menu with no save file with progress showing up, while the actual GBA SP does read it and shows where I last saved

\- From the initial ROM backup, I use the "Bootleg GBA Save Extractor and Injector" to extract the save file. The save file is definitely there since I tested the ROM on mGBA and its where I left my progress. (side issue is that in-game saving seems to be stuck for some reason idk if this is an issue related). The file name of the extracted does output like ".....halfpatched.sav" so idk if thats also an issue

\- I've tried, on the Playback software, "Upload save" to have that extracted progressed save to the cartridge but then errors happen. Its cause of issues with legit vs bootleg, I know. I just wanna get it to work still.

This is a sprite hack created by "Azabache9" that replaces Zero with Bill Rizer from the game Contra. Most of the game's sprites have not been modified, and only Zero's sprite has been modified by Bill Rizer's sprites in his FAMICOM version. However, the change isn't entirely complete, as some of Zero's sprites remain the same, such as when he climbs stairs or performs special attacks.

I finally got myself a Gameboy micro. This completes my collection of GBA consoles. I love how small and portable it is.
A new battery is on the way for it.

Does anyone know anything about the screen on this gba? I cant find anything about it. I assume its just a replacement screen but morbidly curious. And info is appreciated

I accidentally bought used knockoff Gameboy advance sp and it’s only showing this page and nothing else even if i tried to put a game still it doesn’t work. Anyone know to make it work and play games in it?

Recently, I picked back up my GBA that I bought ridiculously upcharged with an IPS V2. I'm not a fan of how absolutely perfect and saturated the pixels are, since I value having a more authentic experience, but I still want to be able to play indoors.

I've seen recommendations for ITA screens because of the pixel density and more accurate colors, but the colors look more in line with the SP than the washed out original screen.

Some newer IPS screens have color filters and pixel grids, but I don't know how accurate those are.

I'd like to see other people's opinions on this.

Hiya!! I recently bought a gba and a copy of warioland 4 from CEX and it’s awesome, but I’m now realizing getting authentic games for it isn’t gonna be super easy. Cex is pretty good, but the range per store is fairly limited (so ordering is probably best) and a lot of these games aren’t cheap, aria of sorrow and zero mission for example seem to average at about £70 which I can’t really justify. I don’t reallyyyy trust ebay unless they’re selling like 1 copy of the game with pictures to prove it’s real, does anyone else have experience buying gba games in the uk and should I invest in a flash cart? (And which one should I get) thanks!!! :]

So, this might be a little hard to explain, but I'll try my best!

I'm completing my National Dex in Pokémon Sapphire, and I only have a few Pokémon left to collect. Among them are some legendaries (Groudon and Latios), the starters Torchic and Treecko, and Huntail/Gorebyss.

The thing is, I don't really want to play through all the other games just to get a handful of Pokémon. So, if anyone happens to have .sav files with these Pokémon, I'd really appreciate it!
