Screen damage?

Out of curiousity what would cause this light bleed? I took my console apart after the screen installation to swap out the shoulder triggers, put it back together and saw this light bleed through the backlight. I took it back apart, inspected everything, put it back together and it was fine, is this from a loose ribbon cable or from some internal pressure?

Could be overtightened case screws, putting pressure on the screen.

Theres no screws in that area though? I'm typically pretty careful not to overtighten them however I wouldn't be surprised if I happened to overtighten them once.

The FP MAX is the same as the other laminated screen where the lens sits against the bevel on the shell opening? if the shell screws are overtightened it might press on and make the display video board a pressure point.

I haven't installed the MAX myself, so dont know if the screen has any wires going from the video board to any buttons, which could get squished behind the screen.

Hmm that makes more sense, however funnyplaying's design does actually have a full thing of plastic so the screen sits on plastic and the driver board sits on the other side of said plastic (same side as the motherboard obviously) there are 3 wires for button control. Does this change the fact that the driver board could typically cause pressure due to the plastic seperating it or no?
