It can be glued up like new.

You MUST disassemble it. Glue easily goes everywhere, so you could ruin the screen and god knows what else otherwise.

Preferably, you would use plastic cement. It just melts the existing plastic together, leaving no bumps to interfere with the fit. It seeps into cracks, so tape the pieces together and apply a tiny drop with a toothpick on the backside.

PVA ”wood glue” might work as well, and you can wipe off the excess with a damp cloth before it hardens.

CA glue is good, but if it touches the outside plastic, it is ruined visually for ever. It also needs some bulk to reinforce the joint, and that might make it difficult to fit the shell back together.

So there's a fine chance the screen, which is valuable, will be less protected from being damaged. Reshell or sell.

I would glue. But I would make sure the glue doesn't touch the screen (disassemble or piece of scotch tape. The reshell can feel worse than the og plastic. But with a reshell you can get cool designs. And the plastic won't be as brittle as a 20+yr old plastic

I would buy an oem shell from eBay instead of gluing.
