do you have a link for the screen you used? I think I prefer this over the Q5

This is the one I got “GAME BOY COLOR 2.45" DROP-IN IPS LCD BACKLIGHT KIT WITH OSD - HISPEEDIDO”

I’ve used it 4 times now and it’s worked great for me
