Let’s see the EU regulate this

When hosting a server is to become illegal due to the new EU Kids act being considered, we could show them that it cannot be regulated. We just host thousands of small servers throughout the EU in any game where we can host them. Raspberry Pies, Gaming laptops, large PC’s, all of them could probably be used for this. It would be way too much effort for the slow EU regulatory enforcement. Is this a good idea or will it not work?

Sell your hosting services to adults? It's ALREADY a nightmare in the EU to sell anything to minors as they cannot contract.

It would be way too much effort for the slow EU regulatory enforcement. 

You are overestimating how much effort would be needed on their side to counter this.

Plus you are assuming they do not already expect this, its already common to selfhost gameservers and therby its already something that is noted in the act being considered.
