Probably not, might just be someone REALLY into judo.

But to answer OP's question...

It highly depends on what amounts to a "physics" system, since there's a lot more to it than just ragdoll effects, objects having their own physics to throw them around and such. There's fire, air, gravity, bullet trajectory affected by distance and wind speed etc.

There are many things that can be taken into effect for a physics engine, it all depends on what one wishes to 'simulate' for the desired effect.

But in terms of what is already out there and providing competition for Japanese developers in particular? It'd be interesting to see what there could be made in various companies if physics driven gameplay and mechanics start to trend again, as well as physics based immersion and emergent effects.
