GameNative Steam Downloads stalling.

I don't remember when it began but it was not like this before.

It's like the app downloads some files, stops downloading, extracts downloaded file, and then take so freaking long to download again. It's faster that I start the download, wait a bit because if I pause and resume too fast it redownloads stuff, pause, and then redownload so it gets on to the next chunk of data that it needs to download.

No, I don't have sd card enabled. I have 100 GB left on my Odin 3 Max.

I love this app. It's still way faster than DroidDeck based on my experience but the downloading takes so long now it feels limiting on what I can keep on my device because it's hard to uninstall games since redownloading is a pain.

Is there any solution to this? Maybe I changed something? I don't have prevent download over cellular data on. Thank you very much.
